Adding a field to the site options

In site options user might want to add/make global changes for the site in places like header, footer or certain CPT. User can add for example buttons, social icons, fallback images etc. It is a place where changes made affect entire site.

In order to add a field to the Site Options follow these steps:

• Find Custom Fields section in left sidebar of CMS and open it
• Search for field group named Site Options and click on it
• At the top of the page under field group name you will find a section with Add field button. Click on the button and add new field for Site Options
• Click Update at the top on the right site of the page
